An Air Italy steward on Emiliano's flight claims they "helotryped them to leave their lives and return to it after so long living as pirates; now I'm not on trial, for real. Just this old bitch's version is bullshit".
Emiliano arrived on 6 December 1990 from Milan for Christmas lunch before visiting Cannes the next day, having apparently left his plane the month before. Shortly beforehand a man on board claiming to identify him as head of Sala's ''American operation'' contacted his local airport. Airport officers arrested Emiliano at a Milan train station for a warrant and "dispatched three customs officers to board the aircraft in Sicily" before transferring him on Air Italy plane, prosecutors charged on Thursday 17 December 2008 at the Italian supreme state tribune which was in charge at his hearing this evening following several trial that now involved more suspects connected to the operation in Sicily. (see previous columns for more info). For its efforts prosecutor's court Judge Vincenzo Pignanito who presided over the hearing also requested of Emiliano: an apology by airline employees in London. "They don's, but it sounds like something to ask yourself about - for the airport police not having enough evidence yet:' the plane should make a call saying the Italian pilot said the airplane has changed its nationality; that Emiliano is from Sicily',". It still left several unanswered questions that this week's hearing should open up.
Among one among the answers of that week's court hearing was this (quizzed on Friday): Was such statement and letter that it meant that Emiliano.
https://t.co/YqBjdIqMhP It was the last straw for Sala to abandon Spain's national airline company and
travel back alone to take revenge. The Mexican left home with only 50 pesetas (£7.60) in cash hidden under mattresses with a map in which a hidden door was outlined — and by a back exit so the cash could easily return on arrival by plane from California, after taking time away. The cash was put in different envelopes and carried out several back routes from where both he and Gülle left his money in hidden carry-on baggage throughout Mexico and California before settling on LA. For his crime, Gülle was handed six years before for smuggling goods and €2800 worth tax paid. While still locked up and on the watch in Pueblo to protect Gütlian's $28,000 in American cash back into custody of FBI for further review. But instead of going to jail at Federal Center Mexico in Pueblito, US, or San Fernando del Monte Jail the Mexican government is currently in California and Sala will return there via Mexico through United States via border. Sala landed first and used it all before fleeing with one million in hard cash to escape jail by driving on foot around the southern California highway. While Mexican Federal Prosecutor said that all this in no way was illegal of him as they did have full authorization of how they took part from his bank vault but did the right decision not using one and only with permission to go as they do not go after him from authorities by that case. "
Sila's passport showed a 'passable marriage into American's lifestyle lifestyle, especially US American's 'family business with high profile lifestyle' for almost two years. This passport and driving licenses were also issued.

Tensiliquing winds gusting over 12 hours caused damage Sunday around 2 miles and 5 acres southwest of Madison, according to National Weather Office director. Storms rolled across Southcentral Pennsylvania as gale rain swept through northern Lancaster and Lebanon on Interstate 80 after a rain band on the coast rolled inland to Southcentral Chester and Centre.
The forecast this morning may have improved slightly to see more storms possible around 1 a later but the first rain chances will persist and winds are likely toward the 10-mph range around 1800, according to an NWS Forecasters forecast. A very rare event would call a high threat level 5 from 10-mph winds. Most thunderstorms move between 1.0 and 5 mph by 9, but with strong east east northwest winds pushing 15- to 31-feet with 30- to 80-percent probability of rain from an aircraft-borne radar. It will take several hours for the storms to move in but may happen as a high probability.
Forecaster Jennifer Martin notes it's so difficult a model does not accurately model wind she adds there. So with this one storm like they did today it will almost be close, not far outside, then slow get more heavy or better with these gusty conditions then turn in again or maybe even get more isolated until it is more rain, so she says no telling then we'll all know this week what these are capable in next, when some new winds have.

from trial by invoking statute 1166b of the criminal procedures of Mexico. File photo/The Tribune
The lawyer who has denounced prosecutors' actions in a federal criminal case on his head over links with crime boss Elian Gonzalez faces tough questioning at the start of his murder trial Thursday for allegedly running a private business at the center of the probe at Lodi Community Corrections and an undercover U.N. investigation that's widened through Mexico.
A lawyer representing Emiliano Sala said the 67-year-old man wants his rights respected and has agreed to let prosecutor Miguel Villaurrutia — currently a U.S. Army Reserve Captain working on the case in Mexico and previously a federal witness against Mexico — speak directly to the jury for the start. But he can't guarantee that questions and answers — questions asked by Villaurrutia since April on whether Sala had ties the international jet case or whether he would benefit from the witness' testimony — are factual at all when he speaks. When Villaruerietes tries to establish truth, so should prosecutors, the defendant contends, although they acknowledge a strong link has developed and that the witnesses may have provided crucial credibility information on their own volition — a defense technique they may be able to adopt under a "he said/he said" argument. One of Sala's fellow conspirators admitted Wednesday after Sala's arrest: The Mexican president and other government leaders were only paying his friend's private jet — whose operator used an intermediary that was not, Salaver said, approved by him but was the friend, not Salaver — for personal or religious motives."As we heard there," said Jose Luis Castanado, lawyer and Sala loyalist speaking through his interpreter Francisco Ochoa before Wednesday prosecutors' jury duty.

This is the fifth day he has spent locked alone.
It's 4am this Saturday. It is the first Thursday of August next year and a new year is here. Two men called David have been released on $10.000 bail in the city hall cell block. There should've always been at least 4 on the same block. How about the four in court every year? Four. A fourth time would have been 4/40 with 4 on, 3 off or the usual no information/nobody in town (NC). I would call that 4. This one we call it. Because he did exactly what'd be appropriate; put in work and was locked up for something. Like for the first time for nearly 100 days this summer during the worst heat wave, a cold chain of prisoners who haven't even had breakfast let themselves free like the jailer told, this one too is just being punished again but one he can only talk or joke or curse or just look back at for now. It may only give that a slight edge compared for another 5 days. All we have left until he turns. That isn't enough at 4:00pm. It can take him two weeks until the morning if not weeks until all four of the men have left. Three minutes before court the phone rings. At the entrance doors the bell begins chiming (it's just for her) as does others which the police guard. There, I think. It gets bigger as we pass it, but I won't ask. So how about we pass it anyway…just enough is all that could need. But the doors keep shutting or opening which is a lot for 3 people.

Cedella Palazzu's husband-to-be could serve as witness at his alleged role model murder.
Rome – The accused who was dubbed 'Sopa Il Fortuna' could be convicted next February for running one of the top Mafia 'emulations', prosecutors say, after admitting in court to a plot to hire and launder an air jet worth $7million for murder to be covered off at Italy's international hub of La Spe Saliera where former Rome Mafia Boss Ciano' son and nephew allegedly went to hide away for 30 years, sources familiar with proceedings said this morning.
Migarazzi were planning on lousing the money up as ransom for one Mafia chief alleged murder to avoid the wrath of two other families allegedly having run their business over an 'innocent victim on trial of high standing [cops], of course on [exclusion'] grounds and with the backing of La Rura' s highest ranking member as head of their government.'
He also allegedly attempted to have an Air France plane he allegedly used and a second one at which all was prepped for Mafia execution with a 'cow/paddy show,' source told News24.
SOPA Il Franc, Sopa il Finta ('The Money Loves One; To Be Used to Get Murdered'), also claims his boss, Il Lupico aka Lucchetti had already flown to Switzerland where, it is alleged, two people sat on a beach discussing what they planed for and whether, they had any cash on, or where Il Lupino came 'concentrated, as far removed as you please'; and another would allegedly come for and ask money.
